Return policy

**NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE CHARGED.**

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

- The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and the packaging must match the product exactly.
- Normal use of the product is visible, damage resulting from careless use is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- **NOTE**: Our underwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period. *We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.*

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you need to do the following to start the return process:

- Send an email to: info@primavera-shop.uk and make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will provide you with the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

Cancellation

The consumer has a right of withdrawal according to the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or professional activity:

**Right of Withdrawal**
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has received or taken possession of the goods.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has occurred, and a refund is not possible until you have received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Primavera) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (for example, by email). The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Notice for Shipments in Transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we were informed of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
